The Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency pledged $4.5 million in tax incentive rebates, and the City of Fort Myers is contributing $700,000 from an affordable housing trust fund.
The CRA Tax Increment Rebates encourage the development of affordable housing, helping to ensure that all community members have access to safe, quality housing options helping to ensure that all residents have access to housing that meets their needs and promotes a diverse, inclusive community.
