First Street Apartments is a modern, 4-story multifamily apartment complex located at 3466 First Street in downtown Fort Myers, at the southwest corner of First and Fowler Streets. It is part of the Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency’s revitalization efforts to improve the downtown core.
