The project addresses people’s desire to live in the Downtown redevelopment area as homeowners.
Gardner’s Park Grove is a 10-unit luxury multi-family complex, consisting of 10 detached, single-family homes. Young families will find these three-bedroom, approximately 2,330 sq. ft. houses will meet the needs of their growing family, as they will be built with a downstairs den which can be used as a fourth bedroom, a media room, or a work-from-home office space. There will be communal space with amenities between the homes, including a park, walking paths, barbeque area, community urban garden & yoga areas. Gardner’s Park Grove will infuse more residents into the Downtown market and create a new synergy in the neighborhood. Construction will begin in June 2024 and be completed by January 2026.
