This new multifamily apartment complex will add 321 multifamily apartments to the Midtown section of Fort Myers’ Downtown redevelopment area. The project is located in a 4.71-acre site that has been vacant for over 20 years, bordered by Jackson Street, Central Avenue, Union Street, and Victoria Avenue. Montage at Midtown will be built in two phases. Montage at Midtown Phase I will be a four-story apartment building, with a five-story amenity building and a six-story, 585-space parking garage that will also provide parking for the project’s future second phase.
