A Beacon of Hope: Club Care’s Generous Gift
A local organization has made a significant contribution to the beautification of a beloved public art installation. Lance Allen of Club Care has generously donated $3,355.00 to enhance the landscaping surrounding the “Journey of Hope” sculpture located at the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and Veronica S. Shoemaker Boulevard.
This generous gift will fund landscaping, labor, and the installation of shrubs and plants, creating a more vibrant and welcoming environment around the iconic sculpture. The “Journey of Hope” is a powerful symbol of progress and equality, inspiring visitors with its message of a brighter future.
Cecilia Lueza’s sculpture, a striking figure gazing towards the horizon, embodies the aspirations of a community striving for a more just and equitable world. The golden sunrise behind her represents the promise of a new dawn and a future filled with opportunity.
Thanks to Club Care’s support, the “Journey of Hope” will continue to serve as a beacon of inspiration for generations to come. Their generosity is a testament to the power of community involvement and the positive impact it can have on our city.
