City of Palms Park, the 32-year-old former Red Sox spring stadium, has been mostly unused since 2011. The project will consist of demolishing the stadium to clear the 21-acre Midtown site for redevelopment, while exploring whether certain features, such as facade or historical elements can be preserved.
